We are very pleased to announce that the training sessions held in October and November 2025 were successfully completed. Together, the project team from European Project Management (EPM) at ProArbeit – Kreis Offenbach - (AöR), our trainers from Creative Change e.V., and the youth organizations WISA – Wir sind angekommen e.V. and the Dietzenbach Youth Advisory Council successfully put the training concept that had previously been developed by the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin) into practice.

Our young project participants were able to share valuable insights from the perspective of young people with the job center staff. At the same time, the young people benefited from insights into the work environment at different job centers. The scientific support provided by HWR Berlin added valuable expertise to the project.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the cooperating municipal Jobcenters Pro Arbeit, Kreis Groß-Gerau, and MainArbeit Offenbach, as well as to all participating colleagues. Their dedicated participation in the training sessions and the accompanying scientific evaluation were crucial to the project’s success.
